Hi, I’m Caitlin Moya.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual therapy for adults and couples across Texas. I believe therapy works best when there is a strong fit. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to help you gain insight, feel more connected, and move toward the changes you want.

I work with high-achieving professionals, busy couples, and individuals who often appear to be managing life well on the outside but feel stressed, anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed internally. Many of my clients come to therapy to address anxiety, burnout, relationship conflict, emotional distance, or difficulty balancing work, family, and personal expectations.

I specialize in helping adults and couples create more clarity, connection, and effective communication in their lives and relationships. My approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, and I draw from other evidence-based approaches when helpful. Together, we focus on identifying patterns, improving communication, and building practical tools that support meaningful change.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Texas Tech University and my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. I have advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and regularly engage in continuing education activities to ensure that I am giving you the best treatment possible. When I’m not being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog Senna, baking something fun in the kitchen, and traveling.
